1)
To pursue B.E. / B.Tech :
You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
You need to appear in entrance exam.
2)
Some of the colleges offering B.Tech chemical engineering in Delhi/NCR are :
-Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi)
-Delhi Technological University
-Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University
-University of Delhi
-Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences
