Please let us know in detail which stream you had in 12th for better advice, however as per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so regarding this I would suggest you first complete your graduation and once completed you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be GRADUATE in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
