Nishant sir, don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. To become a doctor, one should have biology as a subject in class 11th and 12th and there is no need to opt maths as a subject as you have to choose two subjects out of three which includes maths, biology, Hindi or any other optional subject.

For admission to Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) Noida, a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Class 12 (or equivalent) is required, with 55% for SC/ST candidates. This is in addition to a strong performance in the JEE Main entrance exam, where a percentile of 95 or higher is considered competitive, especially for programs like CSE and IT.

Hello Manish,
Getting a good college with that score is impossible as their cutoffs are generally above 95 percentile and the other colleges accepting such scores are quite average, better don't take admission there. Though you could have applied to the PGDM courses of some good colleges like Welingkar, Dalmia, SIES, etc. If you haven't done so, I suggest you reappear for CET (or any other exam) next year rather than wasting both your precious time and money by taking admission into an average college.
