Yes, you can pursue MSc Psychology from christ university, if you are done with your Bachelors and you wish to make your career in Clinical Psychology. And after doing M.A you can also pursue MPhill or later Ph.D in the same.

Yes, of course. For IT jobs, you need to be a bit specialised in any of the programming languages like C, C+, Java, Python, etc. During placements, they generally have an aptitude examination and coding round and then HR round. So, coding is necessary. Your stream doesn't matter, but your knowledge matters. You would be dumbfounded to hear that even core department students like mechanical and electrical engineering students get placed in IT companies.
