I will suggest you to take company secretary, because it is comparably smaller than CA, and it won't exert a lot of pressure on you and side by side. It will give you a better job in future.

For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, candidates should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam conducted by the respective board. See, the minimum criteria for this college is 60% for the normal entry but if you are not able to secure that much, you can opt for the management quota, in that, you can easily get the same, but for that, they will charge you some more amount.
