Hi, The appearing candidate should have cleared Senior Secondary School Examination of CBSE or any other equivalent examination (conducted in March/April 2017). If the candidate has appeared for any other examination other than Senior Secondary School Examination of CBSE, the latter should be considered equivalent to the former by University of Delhi. Candidates belonging to general category should have secured a minimum of 60% in class 12th. Yes, you can get, but you have to wait for the last round of the counselling, as in the first round you might not get that, as in the first round student try to find for the best and hence they block 2-4 seats in best institute but till the last round they are confirmed that they have to go in that particular college so all other seat left vacant and then lower rank students get that.

You can know the dates for counselling of TSLAWCET are as follows.
You have to wait till November 2018 1st week for document verification and 3rd week of November 2018 counselling dates to start for ranks of 1- 4600.
