Hi Satya Sai Prasanna, You can start with NCERT. Start reading NCERT. It would be the best guide at least for chemistry. Experienced people say that you should read chemistry NCERT book at least for thrice. For physics and maths start solving numericals on daily basis from famous books, like H C Verma for physics and for maths you can refer any book suggested in your coaching. All the Best!

When the CTET Forms of Application Open, you should be having your B.Ed. As the Forms come generally when the B.Ed Results have come out, you can still find out this from their websites where they specify that the submission of the B.Ed result is mandatory. Being in the Court Semester in June means that either you are just waiting for the results of 4th Sem. So I am of the view that you can apply with a provisional certificate of Appearing in the B.Ed.

No I'm afraid not, since there are only a limited number of seats available for everyone, and will be filled by people with less than 1500 rank in OU.
See, I had gotten rank of 706 in TSICET 2017 but still, I did not get seat in OU, because I'm OC. The chances of you getting a seat in top 10 colleges even though you're BC, but with 9055 rank is nil. But there are some other good colleges in Telangana such as
Bhavan's Vivekananda College. Loyola etc. Hopefully in counselling you may get seat in such colleges.
