12th standard marks do not matter directly but during PI (personal interview) ,one has to carry the mark-sheet and good result will only have a positive impact on the interview panelists. Although its not a necessity but good marks in 12th board will surely give an edge to the candidate.

Bachelor of Business Administration is a course aBoit business and Management. This leads to more specialisation in MBA. It is possible to do a NA or BSx or B.Tech and then do MBA. But doing a BBA gives an upper edge as one studies the foundation subjects of Management and business.

MCA has only one good thing that is Masters Title attached to it, which again is useless when you apply for IIT Ph.D, as they don't even consider MCA as a Master's degree. Even government jobs rarely require MCA. MCA should either be given more importance than what it is given now or it should be scrapped completely. There should be increase in seats for B.Tech, so that instead of B.Sc + MCA. A student can go for B.Tech.

Shazia,
I think you can get admission in here through your good scores easily. The minimum merit score (IPE boards%+NATA score) has to be above 140. And you are satisfying this condition.
Good luck.
Thanks.
