As of now you have 2 more years so i would suggest you to concentrate on 11th and 12th so that you can get the good grades because for studying in germany you should have first class marks in 10+2 if your UG program is in german language then you need to give Test DaF and if its in english the TOEFL is required.

Post a gap of about 5 years, you cannot continue your bachelors from where you had left it as your registration might have got over by now from the University.
To get a Graduate degree you require to re apply for the same afresh from another University and will have to invest three years to get a bachelor degree.
You may opt for the Open Universities from where you can opt for such courses, To know about the Institutes/ Universities which offers Bachelors through correspondence mode, you may refer to the following link:
