Dear Raj,
If you are to know the results of GATE exam that was conducted way back in 2003, then only a few options i can list in, which you can try for:
-- The best option i think is to contact the institution , which must be some IIT, which conducted GATE for year 2003. They must be having the records but i can't assure you that they will tell you the result. May be you can file an application using RTI. But again no certainties as IITs are autonomous bodies run by Govt. of India, and hence some RTI guidelines are modifiable for them. But you can atleast give a try.

Well if you did B.ed regular from a recognized University, you can definitely apply for the TGT posts in schools but then the criteria for the same may differ as well.

M.Com has a vast scope . It's not confined only to teaching or banking. You can go for CA or ICWA or can be a finacial analyst in any major company. Can also be part of software industry and help them in projecting budgets. Can also join LLB or go for masters diploma in HRM . The coming days are the days of ppl with knowledge of accounts and finance. So ge going. cheers.
