If you are keen to pursue MBA degree or any other equivalent program it is advised to opt for the regular mode of education than that of the distance education. There are many good colleges which do offer MBA course and to know about these you may refer to the following link:

Symbiosis International University is a Deemed University and has different institutes catering to different branches of management like SIIB, SIBM, SCMHRD,SITM etc, like wise if you are keen to pursue MBA in IT then may try to get admission to SCIT i.e. Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology and to get in to this institute you require to qualify SNAP test. Other than this you can opt for MBA through distance mode as well, but in SCDL you will get the PG Diploma courses and not the Degree program i.e. you may opt for the PGDITM instead of MBA in IT from SCDL.

Education is free if you able to get DAAD scholarship, however fees is also not expensive and very minimal fee structure. Living expenses can be bit higher. To avail free education clear the Scholarship.
There are many organisations in Germany that award scholarships and grants to international students. For example, the DAAD specifically funds advanced students, graduates and postgraduates, i.e. doctoral students. Besides public funding organisations, there are also many private initiatives offered by business and industry, media and politics that are committed to supporting young international academics and researchers.
