hi Tarun, there is no financial planning course offered by Kaplan Higher education Academy but they offer a range of accounting and finance courses which you can refer at : http://www.kaplan.com.sg/hecourses.aspx?d=1
Even if the college offers a part time course international students can not pursue it. International students can pursue only full time courses.

Hii!!Yes you can apply for few colleges which take correspondence students, all that matters is the marks you've got in 10th &12th. I can suggest you one college which offers a huge variety of BBA and the minimum requirement here is:
Science / Commerce stream with minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
If you fulfill this criteria then following options are there for you:
i) BBA (Retail Management)
ii) BBA (Travel & Tour)
If you are interested in these fields indeed go for these options, college which offers them is UTM based at shillong, for further details you can check their website: utm.ac.in
