Following categories of foreign nationals are eligible for
registration as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Cardholder:-
(1) Who was a citizen of India at the time of, or at any time after the commencement of the Constitution i.e. 26.01.1950; or
(2) who was eligible to become a citizen of India on 26.01.1950; or
(3) who belonged to a territory that became part of India after 15.08.1947; or
(4) who is a child or a grandchild or a great grandchild of such a citizen; or
(5) who is a minor child of such persons mentioned above; or
(6) who is a minor child and whose both parents are citizens of India or one of the parents is a citizen of India; or
(7) spouse of foreign origin of a citizen of India or spouse of foreign origin of an Overseas Citizen of India Cardholder registered under section 7A of the Citizenship Act, 1955 and whose marriage has been registered and subsisted
for a continuous period of not less than two years immediately preceding the presentation of the application.

The admission to the Diploma Engineering Courses is made through the Joint Entrance Test. Candidates who qualify the JET are eligible to apply for admission to various courses being run in the affiliated institutions of the Board. The admission to these institutions will be based on the relative merit of the candidates in the JET in their respective category. All candidates desirous of applying for admission are required to submit admission application form with the requisite fee before the last date fixed for submission of the same.
Those candidates who qualify the JET can apply for the admission to various Institutions affiliated with the Board. Admission will be purely on the inter-se-merit of JET. Candidates desirous to take admission should fill up the admission form, which is included in the prospectus. ENTRY QUALIFICATION: For Diploma (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, ECE, Computer and IT): The Applicant must posses an aggregate of 55% in Mathematics and Science in 10 Std. from CBSE or its equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. OR 12th Pass with 55% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized Board or Institutions. ITI pass outs (who passed at least 10 level school leaving examination before admission to ITI course) & 10+2 pass (Vocational stream) candidates can apply for admission to the relevant branch.

Well, since web has expanded you can either go for a web design diploma or an animation diploma covering the entire range of web based communication design. Dipolmas transfer more skills than degrees. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see if you can do quality work. In fact, the University Model has not succeeded in any Skill field across the world. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics & VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). Of course at the top of the pile lies Concept Designing - these people are required by Event Companies, Animation Studios, VFX Studios, and of course Game Studios. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). If your main concern is getting a job then I would suggest you to go for a full time MBA rather than going for distance as the probability of getting a job with good pay through a distance course are very less. Further, I would suggest you to do an MBA in upcoming fields like Event Management, Hotel Management etc. rather than going for the regular Finance and accountancy profile as nowadays there is a flood of candidates with such profile. Your B.E. percentage is quite good and makes you eligible for MBA admission but the only concern right now is that many premier institutes have already closed their admission for this session. But, all is not over, there's an institute called Indian Institute of Learning and Advanced Development (INLEAD) in Gurgaon, NCR where the admissions are still open. So, if you don't want to waste your one year by taking a year break (as it really doesn't look good on your resume) and want to train yourself for the corporate world, I would suggest you to contact them right away.
