Glad to know that you are so concerned about the future of your brother. But according to me, 9th class in quite a tender age to enrol into IIT JEE courses. The courses of IIT JEE are specifically designed for students who are currently in the 10+1 or 10+2 as it coincides with the syllabus. Most institutes to earn more business, try to introduce this right from the 9th class. Hence, students are unable to understand the concepts properly, which in turn, discourages them.
