Yes, the diploma course from SCERT is valid. It is a full time two years course. A total of 1040 candidates in 9 DIETs and 1050 candidates in 17 Private ETE Teacher-Training Institutes are admitted each year.
If you pursue two full time courses at the same time, then only one will be considered as valid.
