I think you know that IGNOU university is best in india.At a time company required full time or regular student course or university or study.I am suggest to you join regular any college.Because at a time very much completion in IT field,so every student or professional have extra knowledge gain from regular practice or work in college.I know that Ignou university take nice facility of study and best another open college.i am explain more,for example if one boy/girl study in ignou and his/her person got 65% in BCA,but not knowledge of any language or computer related(coding).On other hand,IF one boy/girl study any regular

As you have not mentioned in which field you want to do PhD however let me tell you the general details.
