I think you know that IGNOU university is best in india.At a time company required full time or regular student course or university or study.I am suggest to you join regular any college.Because at a time very much completion in IT field,so every student or professional have extra knowledge gain from regular practice or work in college.I know that Ignou university take nice facility of study and best another open college.i am explain more,for example if one boy/girl study in ignou and his/her person got 65% in BCA,but not knowledge of any language or computer related(coding).On other hand,IF one boy/girl study any regular college and his/her got only 50%,but knowledge about of language or computer related(coding),then first select from another person by company,so i am suggest you join BCA regular class.It is better for you and your further.Mostly demanded regular student in company.You asking more question from me,then u send mail.My email-id is:nishant011birman@ymail.com

As you have already mentioned, that you have a graduate degree as your latest education; I would suggest you to opt for the Masters now as this would help you to grow further in your preferred discipline.
As you are in Banking, depending on this you can look ahead to pursue MBA in Finance from a good and a well reputed institute and to know about the various institutes offering the same, you may refer to the following link:

Other than this you can look for other courses related to Finance (CFA/CFP etc), banking or Insurance as well; but in either cases opting for any further education would depend on your area of interest entirely.
