Well yes you can take up two PG programs, both through the distance education/ correspondence from two different Universities.

as you mentioned that you are a doctor, the various other career options can be possible depending upon your area of intrest.
1. switch to commerce stream and manage the accounts-mba in hospital management/hospital administration
2.you can also switch on to the research field for example by opting for clilcal research
3.the other option could be master of public health with specialities like health finance, epidemilogy, control of epidemics nd communicable diseases etc.
4.finally if neither of these suits your purpose you can still pursue post grad studies in medicine by giving it an another try.
