I think that best study is available in India only. you can go for MBBS, BAMS, BUMS etc. But if you r really pastionate to do it from abroad then you can try in some college either in Nepal b'coz its reputation is also good or you can look forward for the same course somewhere in Malaysia. It will be cost effective too and you will adjust in the atmosphere also very easily.

I do know that you cannot do Ph.D. I prefer you to look for a good guide who can help you out to do the Ph.D. The guide should be able to help you always when you are doing your Ph.D
