Hi,
Since Graphic is a foundation for Careers in Animation-Gaming-Web- Elearning etc, it is always advisable to study it in India. Depending upon your location, you could opt for better options available for learning it. Opt for Graphic and visual Design which must cover Sketching, Design Fundamentals, Visualization etc with study of form, color, composition.

As such there is no maximum age limit set for the CA course and one can pursue the same depending on his interest but as for the companies / organizations hiring CA's are concerned, there are age limits depending on the vacancies and job profile.
