I would suggest you to go for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics as these are relevant programs as per your current education however aerospace engineering is somewhat not relevant. These are the universities which are good for Robotics:-
1. University of Edinburgh - MSc Artificial Intelligence - Intelligent Robotics
2. University of Manchester - MSc Advanced Computer Science - AI
3. University of Essex - MSc Advanced Mobile Robotics
4. University of Bristol - MSc in Advanced Computing (Machine Learning and Data Mining)
5. De Montford University - MSc Intelligent Systems and Robotics
