I prefer you go and meet the academy and ask for the fees.

I think that you should not go for M.Sc Computer Science rather you should go for MBA (IT, HR, Marketing). If you go for M.Sc. CS then you will not have options to work in different domains except then IT or ITES. Don't restrict yourself from growth. Think twice thrice but take decision very carefully its not the matter of 2 years its 50 years of your whole life. BEst of Luck

No Doubt Germany is famous for engineering and research programs, there are many universities which offers mechanical engineering, since you have not mentioned your academic details so i can't be able to tell you which university will give you the admission however you may try in these universities also you required to take GRE test before applying :- TUM Germany, RWTH Aachen University, Technische Universitt Berlin , Dresden University etc.
