the decision Lise in the Field of Interest
if finance & accounting
or Banking is ur passion opt for Mcom
if management is ur intrest opt for MBA
generally many students make a mistake by thinking
Mba (finances) is a master degree in the feild of finances
WHERE AS MBA - finances IS A MASTER'S DEGREE IN THE FIELD OF MANAGEMENT. WITH SPL in finances

where as master's IN finances will contain MCOM, OR MFM and other programs
so after MBA FINANCES ur job would be as per management
& WITH MCOM IT WILL BE FINANCE, INSURANCES, BANKING AND SIMILAR FIELDS

the best way to hone ones skills is to start practicing. I would suggest you to take up logical reasoning book by arun sharma/trishna and try solving the arrangement etc sort of problems on your own. Also you can try solving puzzles, sudoku etc. these all aid in boosting up ones thinking power.
