You can apply for any job related to your field. You'll need to submit photocopies of your previous DMCs and a provisional certificate. Generally companies do intake candidates with awaited results. Later you can show your result to the company.
Moreover, if the candidate would be talented enough to match the job requirements then final result would be taken at less priority and taking in TALENT (candidate) would be a priority for the company.
Good Luck!

Its nice to know that you aspire to pursue PHD from US universities.
So for this first all you need to make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows:

Hi Niyant,
American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fee

Well Kumar, see the proportion of development in job market is very low mainly due to two reasons.
1. MNCs keep it outside india in countries like US and UK
2. Indian ITs are in service sector and recruit directly through campus placements
But still, what I would suggest you is to do some course in Java like "Web component development using Java Technologies" from NIIT. This course is job assured as well as industry oriented. They have classes on weekend only, so comfortable too.
side by side, keep applying for development roles. This certificate will enhance your profile.
