If you want to pursue MCA in future, so I suggest take Science with mathematics. Also, when you go for graduation, select BCA as degree programme, so that you get more understanding and strong base. Usually the cutoff of this course gets very high in DU.
If you belong to general category then it will be difficult to get into Delhi University with that much of percentage. If you are in any reserved category then there might be some chances. Search on DU portal the previous year cutoff of this course to get actual idea of which college you can get with that much of percentage.
