Few mantra's to crack bank po exam:
1. Go through the exam pattern - The objective part consists of 4 sections i.e. English language test, quantitative ability, reasoning and general awareness. - In the descriptive part, aspirants are supposed to write lengthy answers on current issues. The candidates thus selected are chosen for a round of GD/PI.

- Staffing key Security functions within the terminal building.
- Controlling of access, checking identification or travel documents for all passengers, staff & airport users requiring access.
- Resolve queries from customers and assist them with their journey through their airport
- Carry out patrols of the air side/landslide areas to ensure locations are secure
- Aircraft guarding and escort duties within the Critical Part
- Assisting passengers with their general inquiries.

Customs Officers have a very important job: to ensure that people who enter or exit the country do so legally, and that they don't bring anything in or take anything out that they shouldn't.
-Checking paperwork to make sure they're authorized to enter or exit the country. -Inspect possessions to ensure they're not bringing prohibited items into the area.
-You look for contraband, such as drugs or weapons, as well as items that are subject to tax, such as fine art.
-If you work at a sea port, you check the cargo roster for large ships, and ensure that the cargo hold does contain what the piece of paper says it should.
This work can be slightly less amusing but it's likely to be less stressful, as you won't be processing high volumes of people each day.

Airport Customs Officer falls under 'Class 1' Officers in Indian Administrative Service. Selection of eligible candidates to this post is carried out through Civil Services Examination (CSAT).
-Graduation in any stream from a recognized educational institution is the basic qualification required to attend the exam. -A custom officer who is working under the Government of India should be above 19 yrs .
-The aspirant must score above 55% of marks and then only can he/she apply. -The admit cards are sent out based on the merit achieved in graduation level. -The notifications are published in the employment newspaper and other prominent periodicals.
- The exam is conducted annually but there are many other private companies who offer the same job.
The entire exam is based on these subjects:
-current affairs.
-General Awareness
- knowledge in English,
- basic Mathematics etc followed by the selection and interview.

One of the major changes in the CAT 2015 Exam Pattern is an addition of one more section. This year the exam will have three sections, namely, Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) and Verbal and Reading Comprehension (VRC). QA and VRC will have 34 questions each, and DILR will have 32 questions. Some questions in each section may not be of multiple choice type, instead, candidate have to type direct answers on the screen.
Also from this year sectional time limits are introduced. Every section will be given 60 minutes each. Without completing the 60minutes allotted for the current section you will not able to move to next section.

Your preparation requires the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy rather than plain hard work. You need to know what are your strengths and start your preparation after gauging your weaknesses.
You need to work on your weak fundamentals. After understanding basics, you should start taking regular mock tests to know your preparation status.

Basically, there are 3 sections in CAT exam - verbal ability, DILR, Quants.
Verbal ability-
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do proper analysis of articles on editorial page. Try to make summary of articles that you read para by para. However, reading newspaper won't be sufficient. Start solving RCs on a regular basis with proper analysis.
DILR-
This is one of the toughest section especially from previous 2-3 years. Not only it is tough but it also checks how quick your senses are and how good you are in selecting the sets. Therefore, the best thing to score in LR-DI is to practice more questions on daily basis so you understand which sets you should leave and before attempting the sets what are the things you should look for.
QUANTS-
This section is one of the most scoring section for student and you too should try to get maximum mark in this section. It has a proper syllabus and you need to practice each and every chapter. The major topics are- Geometry, Arithmetic, Algebra, Number System and Modern Math. It is basically the math that you have studied till tenth standard. However, having said that, the questions are not really easy. Focus more on Arithmetic and Algebra as these two are most important topics. Start with basics then go for intermediate.
