Yes, 12th percentage is taken into consideration. 50% of Class 12 Marks+ 50% of NATA Score.
NATA is an entrance examination with the format: 100 marks for drawing and the 100 marks for aptitude test and architectural general knowledge. To join B. Arch, your NATA score and 12th Mathematics and English marks will be considered.

More years of work experience is directly proportional to the placements from b schools. This is the basic concept. If you got good relevant work experience the chance of short listing you by the company's is very high and the salary offered to you as compared to freshers will also be high. Also to get admit into a top b school candidates with work experience are preferred. In India on an average of 2 years work experience is fair enough. But more the work experience more the chances.

Yes, NATA is important for architecture because NATA is conducted by the Council of Architecture and most of the institutes /colleges accept only NATA scores.
NATA is an entrance exam for admissions to 5 year B.Arch. degree course offered by all institutes / schools / colleges of Architecture in India (including Govt., Govt-aided, Private Unaided, University Depts., Deemed Universities, etc.).
NATA is a test which only tests drawing and 3D interpretation skills and even students from humanities or commerce background can answer the exam.The exam does not test mathematics or science knowledge.
