Both systems are having advantages and disadvantages over each other. Either of these systems are not fully capable of solving many ailments of humans independently. Apart from these two systems there are many more like Acupuncture, Acupressure, Ayurveda or Unani.

If you get admission in a good Medical college in India without donation, then definitely go for it. If you are getting in Management quota, then you can consider choosing a good college abroad in countries like:
1. Russia,
2. Philippines,
3. Some countries in Europe, etc.
As the cost of education in these is affordable. But ensure selection of a recognized college as the quality of education imparted to you will decide how good a doctor you become.
