HI Shehzy, in France the course may not be offered to international students,reason being it is a clinical course. Or if it then it is being taught in French.
In Germany you need to appear for State Exam and there is no MPT there.
Also, physiotherapy being a clinical course, you will need to be registered with the respective health council to be able to pursue the course in any other country.

Hi Ajay, SIT is a private college. living cost in the whole of Nz comes to 3.5 lakhs per annum. Invercargill is located in the South Island of Nz, and is away from the commercial cities so there may not be many part time job opportunities. Being away from the city has its own advantages, that you will live in a peaceful area so will be easy to concentrate in your studies and the living cost will be lower. Disadvantages being part time jobs will be lesser and the wages would be lesser as well.
