In order to pursue MBA from universities abroad you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus, and
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.

Admission is not given on the basis of your undergraduation and IELTS score. You need to take the GRE and score above 1200 atleast if you want admission in this university. Also, i would recommend retaking the IELTS as your score is a bit on the lower end(6.5 band score being the minimum requirement with a minimum score of 6 in each section).

Well it will highly depend on your education qualification as to how you can apply for Indian Army. But then there are two main ways to go about it. If you are a 12th pass you can take admission in NDA by qualifying the NDA exams and if you are a graduate, you can look forward to write the CDS exam (Combined Defense Services).
