One of the options for attaining the required attendance is not to bunk even one class from now onwards and also attend the special classes (or extra classes) which most universities make provision for, so that the erring students can improve their attendance. Find out if some medical certification can help you but it would not be very right ethically to do this. Find out if their is a sports quota attendance (attendance marked present if you took part in sporting activites if the college) and if you can get some by this manner.

with regards to the universities you have written, you have a good profile to make it to almost all the universities easily. Even though your awa score is not that impressive, your overall GRE score is pretty impressive.

1) University of Texas at Austin
2) University of Minnesota--Twin Cities
3) University of Pittsburgh
4) University of North Carolina--Chapel Hill
5) University of Wisconsin-Madison
I am posting a link for the admission requirements for 1 of the above mentioned universities. The requirements are more or less same for the other universities as well.

Hi,
In order to be eligible for the PHD program, you need to have a masters degree in the field of dentistry with atleast 75% and above. Secondly, you would be required to take the GRE and score above 1300 atleast(preferable score would be above 1400). Also, you would be required to take the IELTS and score a minimum 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section.
