Hi Baijnath, as per your query I would say, UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December. The notification for this exam comes out in the month of January end.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
4)A candidate must be an indian citizen.
