On the basis of your BSC degree, you are not eligible to pursue your studies in USA or Canada as the degree requirement in these countries is a 4 year degree. In your case, you are pursuing a 3 year degree. You are very well eligible to apply to UK, Europe and Australia. You would also have opportunities to pursue MBA without work experience in these countries as well. Getting admission for MBA in USA and Canada is relatively difficult.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing a specialisation is your own interests and career aspirations. . Few of the traditional specializations which you can consider are: Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Human resource, Entrepreneurship etc.
