No, SNAP is conducted only once a year. But you may try out for other entrance exams like NMAT, MAT, MH-CET, ATMA etc.

ATMA 2012 Eligibility:-
The candidate must be a citizen of India.
The candidates should have possessed a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent examination under 10+2+3 scheme with any stream (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, B.Tech), from any University recognized by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
The candidates, who are appearing in final year of qualifying examination can also apply

IMO, it is better to go for MBA from SIMC than PG Diploma from XIC due to following reasons
1. Foreign universities dont recognize Diploma.
2. Doctoral courses require a minimum of masters degree, PG Diploma is not allowed.

Hi Bharat,
Although it is always advised to go for regular education but then if you are looking for correspondence B.tech then you may opt for the B.Tech course offered by IGNOU, which is a renowned University for offering correspondence education.
However JNTU, Annamalai and a few other Universities too offer Part time/ distance B.tech courses .
