Hi Mandeep, as per your query I would say that India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS officers are recruited. IAS means Indian Administrative Services and is basically meant for those aspiring candidates who have strong dedication towards the country.
The minimum qualification required for appearing the competitive examination is graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institute. And the age limit should be between 21 and 30 years.

Talking about the Examination pattern there would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective. For details check www.upsc.gov.in

I would request you to more precise on your post as in I am unable to frame your question properly. Kindly revert back with detailed query so that we can offer you right help on time.
Although your requirement was not so clear, yet I could make out that probably there is some placement issue in your college wherein deserving students are deprived of the suitable jobs and being replaced with the ones who are financially sound or hold political stand.
Well nothing can be said for the same. I can only suggest you that do not loose heart, do not depend upon the placement team of the college, make your own efforts by keeping a track of IT companies across India on your individual basis. And also go through employment news frequently so as to have complete update on all possible vacancies and opportunities.

The basic eligibility is 2 or equivalent, with PCM and must have a fair percentage of marks in the aggregate. One must also pass the qualifying exam IIT-JEE.
Jobs lies with various airlines like Air India, Indian Airlines, Helicopter Corporation of India and flying clubs, private and government owned air service and aircraft manufacturers like the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) with its factories at Bangalore, Nashik, Koraput, Kanpur etc.
As for the remuneration, engineers in government organisations, are paid official scales while those in the private sector are paid according to the scales decided by the management of the company.

Oxford university and Harvard university are among the best universities in the world, getting admission in these universities is very competitive, in order to get admission in these universities you need to meet their eligibility criteria, since the medium of education in these universities is English, so all the international students whose first or native language is not English have to take either: TOEFL or IELTS.
Please do not loose hope about English, with regular English studies, hard work and dedication you can surely improve your English.
In order to improve your English, please start reading English news paper and good magazines, and while reading underline the word for which you do not know the meaning and then try to find out the meaning from dictionary and then see how the particular word is used, with this practice you will surely improve your English, another good practice to improve your English is to watch English news channel and try to observe how they speak, this will help you to modulate your voice.
