Its a first universty degree in arts,literature etc
If you are taking language or visual arts then you are likely going to get a B.A.

As you are interested in pursuing PG course in graphics design, so for this you need to have a undergraduate degree in a related field, as its a university requirement.
As you are a business graduate, so if you wish to build your career in graphics design, then you need to first complete undergraduate degree in the same field and than apply for masters.

Hi, first of all great to know that you want to go for Civil Services. Keep it up.
Well you have not mentioned any exam in particular like IAS or IPS or SSC, yet the examination pattern is same for all as the conducting body is one. There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.
