In general, if you had Science and Maths as the respective subjects of study, you can opt for the Engineering & Technology courses like B.Tech/ B.E/ B.Sc, and if you had a non science steam like Commerce, then you can look for option like BCA.

for you to join as a lecturer, minimum post graduation is required. also depending on the requirement, colleges now are seeking respective industry experience. so appraoch few colleges and check their requirements in taking lecturers so that you may get an idea.

In Germany Almost all higher education institutions are funded by Federal and State Legislations. German and international students who study in Germany are not charged tuition fees. However, there are some private institutions of higher education and some state institutions offering courses for which fees are charged which is very nominal. To join the Indian coast guard as an officer, you will require to have your educational qualification in Science stream but in your case you have pursued a degree in the commerce field making it impossible as the eligibility requires a Science graduate.

Both the Institute is equally reputed. However, it would be difficult to give any concrete information on the institutes giving Dual Specialization as there are not a great number of institutes giving it. If you are really keen on doing a full time MBA program I would suggest you to target 2012 -13 session as the Entrance Examination for almost all the good Institutes like IIMs, FMS, Symbiosis are either already over or about to get over, so this will left you with mid rung to low rung Institutes like Amity etc. which conduct their own Examination.
Moreover, the Entrance Examinations of good B-Schools is not a cake walk and would require at least 6 months to a years preparation, so it would be better to get admission in the year 2012.
