The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your specialization is your own interests and career aspirations. As far as the scope of the two specializations is concerned both have a good career scope but a scope of program would largely depend on your performance on the program and how you use the knowledge earned. Marketing can be good for People with good communication skills, leadership qualities and who like traveling a lot. HR is for people who have great peoples skills. It also involves lots of paper work and training & development.
Although, as compare to HR marketing is a much wider process which covers every industry & every organization but I would again say that decision of choosing a specialization should be completely based on your interest for the stream, as you excel only in the stream you have a passion for.

IELTS is International English Language Testing System and TOEFL is Test of English as a Foreign Language. IELTSand TOEFL are conducted twice a month at least in all the major cities in India. Countries like UK, Australia, Nz, USA Canda, Singapore, Ireland require IELTS/TOEFL exam. One needs to write either of these exams when they want to migrate or go for studies to a foreign country. PLAB(Professional and Linguistic Assesment Board Test) exam is for medical practisioners who wish to either study further or practise in the UK. There are 2 parts and the first part can be written in India, the 2nd part can be written only in the UK.
