As far as my knowledge is concerned, there is no lateral entry (directly begin from 2nd year) in B.Tech AMU. Check the eligibility criteria for the entrance test here:
Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of this University or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Or,
Diploma in Engineering of this University with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Hello Mitali, B.Tech in agricultural Engineering is a good idea. With almost all political parties supporting farmer centric ideas, I am sure graduates of Agricultural Engineering branch can contribute in a great way. There will be many companies over and above present ones, in the arena of farm machinery in future and all these will be seeking professionals in this field. In view of the above, I would definitely say they there is going to be tremendous scope for employment in future for these professionals. Best wishes to you.

Hello Rizwan,
It is very heartening to know that you are interested in doing your MS in Germany after completion of your engineering graduation in India. These days many students are heading to universities / institutions abroad for their PG. But a word of caution. There are many nuances before one gets admission. Hence I would recommend that you should approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad for MS and particularly to Germany. It will help you in overcoming all these nuances and make your path easier. Best wishes to you.

Hello,
If you have eligible scores for all three colleges, chose wisely between XIME Bangalore and Welingkar Mumbai.
In respect of fees, Welingkar; XIME
Placements, Welingkar = XIME, same only
In terms of exposure, Welingkar is slightly up
Discipline, XIME; Welingkar
Studies and Infrastructure is almost same
Alumnus, XIME Bangalore has a strong Alumnus based. ROI, XIME;Welingkar. Wish you all the best.
