Hi Rahul, Your CMAT score is good , but unfortunately your 12th and gradation percentages are low.
If you don't have above 65% in your graduation, recruitment might be a challenge for you unless you get a really good CGPA which can mask your poor grades in graduation. So make a wide decision and apply if you think you can do really well in PGDM.

Hi,
Career progression is mainly linked to your performance and learning abilities in the organization. You need to identify the field, where you want to make a career and then simultaneously, work in that direction. Hi Akshay,
It a very comprehensive module covering various topics from basic question of "what is e-commerce" to " how to set up and run e-commerce business". It brings many case studies of successful e-commerce companies into classrooms. During this year, some of our students were also allowed to do a project with a E-commerce start-up company called "Organic Square". Our students were not only responsible for cataloguing the products for online sale but were also extensively used to promotional and launch activities.

A score of 250 would be good for getting a GD PI call.

Both streams in XISS are good and this season both will be 100% in placements. It totally depends on you what you want to study.Since HR has a background of 60 years there alumini are into very high positions in corporates. But Marketing's history is only 10 years old but still the Alumni are doing reasonably well.
