MBA in General Management is a 3 year old degree offered by SPM, PDPU. Since the college is new the placement is at average 5 lakhs with companies like Wipro, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudentials and a few of energy companies offering general profiles. The core faculty of Energy and General MBA remains same as well as their teaching methods. IIM pedagogy is followed for teaching in General Management as well. And all the functions like industrial Visits as well as placements are given equal importance for both the courses.

The minimum salary depends on which industry you get placed in.Advertising agencies offer you from 7 lakhs to higher packages. Abroad placements also take place.

The KSOU Mysore MBA course is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Also, the admission is done based on merit. Scope for international business is vast but here in XIME, it hasnt kicked off as of yet. Not many have opted for majors in IB but plenty have taken some subjects as minors. Hence Avg package is hard to say. But the scope is vast as the current scene in the world is that everything is linked globally. With many MNCs, having a background knowledge of IB will add weightage to your profile.
