An MBA gives an individual theoretical inputs in terms of what all needs to be looked into as success factors for managing any business wherein vide a project work an attempt is made to get on the ground working exposure by using all that one learns at MBA.
Since, you already have had 2 unsuccessful attempts at doing business, it is advisable to either pursue a MBA or start working for someone in the area of your interest and sharpen yourself in terms of skills, that you think you lacked while doing your own business. Acquire the said skills and then again venture into setting up own business.
