When we talk about the difference between these two - the most important one is, MBA is recognised globally so as not in case of PGDM.
Second one is- After completing MBA, one can go ahead with further studies I.e. PhD or so. Same isn't with PGDM as its not a degree course.
Now, to career prospect- A degree is always highly valued than a Diploma.
But while going for admission, do consider those colleges which are offering PGDM which is equivalent to MBA.

Most UG Diplomas are for 2 years and they can be completed in 3 years, depending on the students' convenience. PG Diplomas are mostly for 1 year to 2 years.

As per UGC guidelines, every Bachelor degree having 3 years duration and Master for 2 years. If any university offer less duration Bachelor degree than degree is not valid and University recognition will be questionable.

I understand that you need a bit more time compared to others in understanding a topic and I appreciate your desire to crack JEE entrance examination. You can surely crack JEE exams. All you need to do is work hard with sincerity and dedication.
In your case, I would suggest you not to join any commercial entrance coaching institutes. The reason is they have too many students in every batch. Mostly, they jump to the next topic as soon as majority of the students are done with the current topic i.e. they might not pay enough attention to all students, particularly the weak ones. So, that would result in wastage of money.

Well known course options are certificate courses, diploma courses and bachelor degree. Popular options include

One should acknowledge that there is not very much scope in India at graduate level of education.
It is not similar to core Engineering branches such as Mechanical, CS, ECE, Civil, etc.
