It is a proper masters degree
PGDM is autonomous that means colleges have their own curriculum
PGDM is upto date with industry standards and costs more than MMS
MMS has semester system and PGDM has trimester
PGDM have slight chance more of job because they are trained differently and ofcourse PGDM students pay more fees
How to choose depends upon colleges
IF you go to top 10 colleges then select pgdm
Rest colleges mms is good since pgdm should be done only from good colleges which keep up with changing trends in education

Both PGDM GEN & PGDM HRM are unique courses
In PGDM you will have basics of all the specializations are taught in the first year and in the second year you have choose dual specialization of your wish whereas in PGDM HRM you will be learning core part of HRM only

Try by yourself, why is it? There are more fraud agencies than genuine. Even if it is genuine, they will be asking for a hefty amount of placement. So, better find yourself. MBA can be done with M.Com unless timings clash
many colleges of MBA need 75% attendance even few colleges of M.Com need attendance
If pursuing full time M.Com then join MBA in 2nd year when M.Com colleges are on SAT and sun and MBA college is on weekend.
