Annapurna International School of Film and Media is one good college in Hyderabad for pursuing Media Management.
In Vishakhapatnam, you can pursue a post-graduation course in media from Andhra University or College of Arts and Commerce.

Unfortunately, PIBM doesn't accept CET score, whereas, the MAT cut-off is 70 percentile. So, no admission possible via these scores. I would suggest you reappear for these and/or other exams and try getting a much better score.

Eligibility for B.Sc. In Forensic Sciences:
The basic criterion of eligibility needed to be met for admission to the course is a Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognised educational Board, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and/ or Math as main subjects and a minimum aggregate score of 55%. However, a few private universities in India conduct their own entrance tests for evaluating and admitting students to the course. Regards.

There might be some impact as some companies can keep a criterion of at least 60% for a candidate to be eligible for the interview. Whereas, the rest of the companies might ask you the reason (s) for having a low score in graduation. Anyways, there's nothing one can do to change his/her past academic scores apart from performing well in the campus placement interview (s).
