As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in animation field then you can pursue masters in same or related field, whereas if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities abroad as all the good universities abroad requires atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.

This slow career progression of yours could be the results of your low level of self-initiative, drive and lack of focus. But before you think of switching your stream, first, please ask yourself – “what new things I have learned and skills I have acquired in last 7 years?” Secondly, how much self- initiative you had taken in last 4-5 years for your career advancements such as trying for promotions within the organization or job change. Are you able to improve your attitude, grooming, soft skills, communication and self-presentation in a big way in past few years of career? Moreover, what core competencies you have acquired, how much important is your role within the banking business, how good is your CV, Cover letter and new job search process? I personally feel that after being for “7 years in a reputed bank” you should have ideally reached in 10-12 lacs level in the same or in some other competitor bank.
Since now you have realized that your career growth is less than what you expect you can work in the above areas and can beat many of your friends.
