1) After B.Tech you may either opt for higher studies or find a job.
Generally, after B.Tech, students opt for M.Tech for advance technical knowledge OR MBA if in case interested in management side.
If this doesn't excite you then you may even opt for specialized advance short-term courses depending on the specialization you have pursued during the bachelor's phase.

B.Sc Phy honors , Chemistry honors , Maths honors , Botany Honors or Zoology honors. they are not Professional course that you can immediately get job after doing any of these Course. they are just the basic Course in Science nothing else. don't think that after doing any of these course you can make your career in corporate world or anything else.if you want to go in teaching field or in Research Field then go for it.

There are a lot of field which you can choose after clearing 12th from science field but it completely depends on you that what you really want to choose and what are you interested in because i have found people completing their courses in science field and then working in some other field.This happens because they don't know what they are interested in they just listen to other people and stay confused through out their career and finally end in picking up any other job which is not even related to what they have studied.So instead of suggesting you about the career firstly i will suggest you to find which subject you are interested

Hi,
Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to take admission.
Overall, in order to pursue MS degree from France you need to have:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score. (If applicable)
TOEFL or IELTS score.
Apart from the above mentioned eligibility criteria international students must have a good grip over the French Language to qualify as an applicant into most French institutes.
