Assume that the tank is of 100 litres capacity. Then tap A is filling it with a rate of 5 litres/min and Tap B is filling it with rate of 4 litre per minutes as they fill it in 20 and 25 minutes respectively. If both taps A and B are run simultaneosuly for 5 minutes then (5 x 5) + (4 x 5) = 45 litres can be filled in the tank. If tap-B is then stopped then you need to fill remaining 55 litres in the tank which can be done by tap-A in 55/5 = 11 minutes. Now that you have the answer with the calculations I would suggest that you do NOT post such riddles on this education forum please.

As said correctly @Dr.Goutam ! I would just add up one can change the college under the same University. Changing Universities is less of an option available.
However, to change your college, you would require permission for relieveing from your current college i.e. the NOC and also need a permission to take admission in another college.
