Yes you are right that Germany is a country known for its technical advancements, but this does not mean that you wont get quality education in any other stream. Germany too has a good no. of reputed universities offering a Masters program in CS. Some of the reputed Universities are:

1. Yes, the University of Delhi will hold a Joint Entrance Test for the B.A. (Hons.) Business Economics. As the country is known for technical advancements specially Mechanical and Automobile, there is a lot if competition as students from all sides of the world. In order to get admission in a good German institute, you need to have a good academic background and if you manage to get some good work experience, then it would definitely add to your chances of getting admission in a good university.
Some of the universities that might interest you are:

For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL. To get the exact details regarding the eligibility, I would suggest you to get in touch with the university directly.
