As per your query I would first suggest you to complete your class 12th and once it is done you may then opt for BHM (Bachelor degree in Hotel Management)
While pursuing this course you may opt for specialization in:
- Front office.
- Food and beverage services.
- Food and beverages production (cooking and baking)
- House keeping.
As you are interested in becoming chef so you may opt for Food and beverages production (cooking and baking) as your specialization.
Under this specialization you will learn about:
1. Various culinary skills.
2. Preparation of various cuisines food, etc.

The steps 1. File an FIR in the local Police station, where you lost it. 2. Approach the University Registrar/Controller of Examinations and give an application. Follow the prescribed procedure and documentation life affidavit, etc. You may have to also pay some fees. You will get certified duplicate copies.

Do an MBA from National Insurance Academy, Pune? There was some problem of University affiliation. Verify that. You can also do MBA or MCom in banking and finance from a good College.
