To pursue a career as CA, the best stream should be commerce.
CA CPT Eligibility Criteria:
Only those students who are already registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the said course and fulfill the requisite eligibility conditions have the option to apply CA CPT Exam. The required eligibility criteria are:

Please note that as per your score in CMAT it would be difficult for you to get a call from good B-school.
So as per your query I would suggest you to take a year gap and prepare for next CAT and various other MBA entrance test and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.
However as per your score in CMAT you may look for some of the below mentioned institutes.

First of all u decide on which line u wanted to go. If u want to be in pure technical line then i don't think MBA is require. if u want to come in pure technical line like System Administrator, Network Administrator or Security Administrator then RHCE is the ultimate option which u can do in less amount of time as well as in less money as well. Then u can choose line for Security Specialist for that u can do RHCSS. Now a days Cloud Computing is ultimate in demand so that u can go for Cloud Expert as an Specialization.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be GRADUATE in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
- Past Academic record.
- Scores in entrance tests.

Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts.
